Your Comprehensive Guide to Participating in Our Marketplace

  • If you are selling items: City of Seattle Business License
  • If you are selling food: Temporary Health Permit
  • If you are handling food: Food Handler’s Permit (just 1 per vendor booth)
  • If you are using open flame / propane: SFD Propane / Open Flame Permit

The first step will be to submit a pre-application. From there we will select the vendors that fit with our mission. If you want additional marketing opportunities, our sponsorship opportunities include a booth at the event.

The pre-application is free to submit. The vendor fees will depend on booth capacity.

  • Shared Table: $75
  • 10×10 Booth Space: $150
  • 10×20 Booth Space: $300
  • Food Truck: $250

The vendor fee includes only the space. Additional items such as tables, chairs, canopy rental items will be additional.

We’ll need your contact information, company name, company address, city of seattle business license, additional permit # if applicable, brand photos.

Prior to the event, there will be an opportunity for people to pick up their vendor packets and ask questions. We will also have a Vendor Welcome webinar to answer any questions for new vendors.

Load in time will be staggered depending on where you are located, to ensure easy setup time.

No electricity or utilities will be provided.

We encourage you to bring your own tent and display materials! We encourage QR codes for business cards.

You may cancel up to 30 days prior to the event day for a full refund.

30 days prior to event = full refund

15 days prior to event = 50% refund

No refunds less than 15 days to event.
