• Assist exhibitors with the setup of their booths.
• Set up chairs and tables according to the seating plan.
• Decorate the venue following the event theme.
• Set up banners, backdrops, and other branded materials.
• Set up registration tables and equip them with necessary materials like badges, brochures, and swag bags.
• Prepare information desks and ensure staff are knowledgeable about the event schedule and layout.
• Place recycling and trash bins throughout the venue.
• Ensure that the area is clear of debris and leftover materials.
• Collect any borrowed or rented items like tables and chairs.
• Take down all event signage, banners, and decorations.
• Check for any items that might be damaged and report them.
• Pack reusable decorations and signs carefully for future use.
• Stack chairs and dismantle tables if necessary.
• Transport them to the designated storage area or loading zone.
• Sweep the areas clear of any debris.
• Ensure all trash is collected from bins around the venue and placed in designated disposal bags.
• Return any supplies or tools borrowed during the event.
• Check in regularly with vendors to address any needs or issues.
• Help manage crowds and ensure that the flow of traffic around the booth does not become congested.
• Provide information about the event, including schedules, locations of amenities, and other booths or attractions.
• Be available to cover for vendor breaks by standing in at the booth if required.
• Assist with sales transactions if permitted or help manage product demonstrations.
